An instantaneous response componentrepresenting the actual amount of powergeneration by a wind-driven electricity generator(1) is detected, and a charge/discharge controlsection (14) controls charge and discharge of astorage battery (4) according to variation in theinstantaneous response component. Further,based on the amount of variation in the instantaneousresponse component, a pattern informationselection section (16) selects, out of patterns, acontrol region to be allocated for charge/dischargecontrol performed according to variationin the instantaneous response component and appliesthe selected pattern to charge/discharge controlperformed by the charge/discharge controlsection (14). By this, an appropriate control regionhaving less excess or deficiency can be dynamicallyallocated to the storage battery (4) accordingto the actual amount, which varies dependingon wind conditions, of electric powergeneration by the wind-driven electricity generator(1).
