Systems and methods for enhanced adoptive validation of ATC clearance requestsareprovided. In certain implementations, a system comprises a processor executinga controllerpilot data link communication application, and at least one source of dynamicinformationcoupled to the processor, wherein the dynamic information comprises datarelevant topossible flight paths of an aircraft, the dynamic information being changeableduring theflight of the aircraft, wherein the processor processes at least one clearancerequest thatidentifies a deviation from the present flight path and validates the at leastone clearancerequest against the dynamic information.
