A backlight module (210), comprising a back panel (211) which is made of a memory alloy material, wherein the back panel (211) which is made of the memory alloy material is in a bent state when a temperature is not less than a predetermined temperature, and is in a planar state when the temperature is less than the predetermined temperature, wherein the predetermined temperature is a shape transformation temperature of the memory alloy material; and a heating device (212) for heating the back panel (211). In addition, also disclosed are a liquid crystal display device and an organic light-emitting diode display device. The backlight module (210), the liquid crystal display device and the organic light-emitting diode display device can realize the free conversion between the planar state and the curved state.
