SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING A MULTI-ASSET MANAGEMENT MONO-SYSTEM

This disclosure describes methods, sub-systems and computer-compatible tools related to providing a customer service and asset management integration system. It provides the client, user or costumer to maintain and to access information related to customer service of all his/her assets in one system. The system is designed to be a mono-substitution for all service related tools and documents such as paper cards, PVC cards, magnet cards, smart cards, label on box, descriptions on invoice, and signed installation checklist, which state and assure contracts and terms and conditions of after-sales services, maintenance services, guarantee services, warranty services and support services of all the assets and products, which are issued by different product manufacturers, product brands, and/or product service and maintenance companies. In some embodiment, a multi-asset management mono-system (MAMMS) application and/or device may receive information associated with every service contract, maintenance contract and/or asset functions, asset usages, and asset processes related to one or more assets that are owned and/or used by a client and information associated with the service orders, service invoices, and/or service fulfillment reports. The MAMMS device and/or application may generate one or more objects based on the information associated with the service contract, service request, service invoice, and/or service fulfillment reports. The MAMMS device and/or application may store the objects in one or more queues. The MAMMS device and/or application may transmit one or more of the objects to one or more remote servers. The MAMMS device and/or application may also provides some functionalities and use cases to client and/or different actors who act in service supply chain, such as manufacturers, distributers, service companies, service centers, technicians, time, assets usage time, assets process counts, etc.
