The present invention addresses the issue of an individual, without electronically connecting to internal information of a medical institution computer, safely inputting and saving clinical examination data of oneself to a smartphone or wearable terminal of the individual, as digital data, by a method other than manual input. The present invention is a system for turning clinical examination data into a barcode, within a medical institution computer, outputting the barcode onto paper and handing the paper to an examination subject, and allowing the examination subject to import, on her own, clinical examination data from the barcode into a smartphone or wearable terminal. Or, the system turns clinical inspection data into a barcode within a medical institution computer and displays the barcode on a display, and allows an examination subject to import the barcode into a smartphone or wearable terminal on her own.
