Provided is a horizontal, continuous and dry-type biogas fermentation device, wherein material propellers are arranged at the bottom of a main partition wall of the fermentation tank so that irreversible propelling of materials can be realized. The propelling capacity can be changed by changing the rotating speed. The material charge and discharge ports of the reactor are close to the ground and uniform discharging and a material flow are realized, and the fermentation is more complete. Further provided is a method for continuous fermentation using the device.
