MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR NOVEL LED COPPER WIRE LAMP

A manufacturing process for an LED copper wire lamp. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: (1) preparation: preparing a copper wire and a plurality of LED patches; (2) cutting: grinding an insulation paint on a to-be-welded part on the copper wire after the procedure of step (1) is finished, and cutting the positions to be connected to positive and negative electrodes of the LED patches by using laser or a tool knife so as to realize sequential circular lamination of the positive electrode, the negative electrode, the positive electrode and the negative electrode of each LED patch to achieve the purpose of serial high voltage; and (3) tinning: performing tin soldering on connection parts of the LED patches and the copper wire after the copper wire is cut. By means of the manufacturing process, the operation is easy and fast, the working efficiency is high, the product has a concise structure and the defect rate of the finished products is low.
