An apparatus, system, and method for generating micro liquid droplets and a single-cell/single-molecule analysis apparatus. The apparatus for generating micro liquid droplets comprises: a fluid drive unit and a vibration device (3); the fluid drive unit comprises a fluid drive device (4), used for injecting at a specific flow rate a first liquid (5) into a connected micro-pipe (1), and the vibration device (3) is used for controlling at a specific frequency and amplitude the relative motion of the micro-pipe (1) and/or a container (2) containing a second liquid (6), such that the first liquid flowing from an outlet of the micro-pipe (1) leaves the micro-pipe (1) and enters the second liquid (6).
