The present invention relates to a system for evaluating loan eligibility and drafting a contract by using a mobile terminal, and comprises: a user terminal (100) having a loan web application installed therein so as to transmit, in an image form, a document necessary for a loan evaluation, and receiving a loan contract form transmitted by a financial institution, such that the same is transmitted again to the financial institution after providing blanks to be filled in by hand and a signature on a screen of corresponding sections; and a financial institution computer server (200) determining loan eligibility by evaluating the document necessary for a loan evaluation, received from the user terminal (100), so as to transmit the loan contract form to an eligible person for a loan, and receiving, from the user terminal (100), and storing a loan contract in which the blanks to be filled in by hand and the signature have been completed.
