Provided is a sheet-like piece comprising: a base sheet formed of an elastic material; a reservoir layer disposed on the base sheet, said reservoir layer containing a physiologically active substance and being provided with microneedles; an adhesive layer formed in a mesh-like pattern on the reservoir layer; and an adhesion assisting layer formed on the surface of the base sheet on the opposite side to the surface thereof on which the reservoir layer is formed. Also provided are a sheet for promoting hair growth that comprises the sheet-like piece and a whitening and wrinkle ameliorating agent that comprises the sheet-like piece. Thus, a sheet for promoting hair growth, the use of which makes it possible to restore thinned hair to the state before thinning, a whitening and wrinkle ameliorating agent which exerts whitening and wrinkle ameliorating effects, and a sheet-like piece usable in these products can be provided.
