The present invention relates to a tendency analyzing method capable of measuring personality growth which measures an index of personality growth of a subject by central personality. The tendency analyzing method capable of measuring personality growth comprises: (a) receiving a rating value of survey questions to which the subject responds; (b) calculating scores of merits and demerits about each tendency of the subject; (c) calculating scores of central personality and final scores of each tendency by using the scores of merits and demerits about each tendency; (d) displaying each tendency and the central personality in one graph; and (e) obtaining a step of personality growth by using the scores of central personality.
