The present invention relates to a method for producing a shiitake amino acid beverage and to a shiitake amino acid beverage produced thereby, wherein the shiitake amino acid beverage is produced by mixing a shiitake extract, a cassia seed extract, a safflower seed extract, and a corn extract.
