FLEXIBLE CPW SERIES RESONATOR USING PHASE COMPENSATION METHOD

Disclosed is a CPW series resonator which operates in a frequency range of 5.8GHz by using a phase compensation method on a polyimide substrate. The inductance and capacitance of an inductor and a capacitor which are provided by a CPW series stub on a polyimide substrate by using the phase compensation method using a smart chart are effectively calculated. The CPW series resonator can be easily operated from the calculated inductance and capacitance.
