A wireless terminal is attached to a thermoluminescence dosimeter (TLD), and communicates with a plurality of repeaters including a first and a second repeater located in a radiation management area. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a TLD wireless terminal comprises: a repeater determination unit to determine the first repeater as a communication target based on signal intensities of the repeaters; and a first communication unit to transmit a packet containing unique identification information of the wireless terminal to the first repeater.
