Disclosed is a composition comprising a complex extract of Boehmeria tricuspis, Angelica decursiva, and Arctium lappa for anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory activities. The complex extract of Boehmeria tricuspis, Angelica decursiva, and Arctium lappa, extracted with water or ethanol, and alcohol of the present invention can inhibit expression of iNOS and COX-1/2 which are inflammation-mediated factors, and can inhibit secretion of -hexosaminidase which is an indicator of an allergic reaction. Accordingly, the effects of a complex function can be maximized by combination of three types of effective plants and a suitable extraction method.
