A method (100) to estimate the gender of a person by using an end of a humerus includes: a step (110) in which a computer device receives three-dimensional image data about an end of a target humerus; a step (120) in which the computer device analyzes the image data to extract a measurement value; a step (130) in which the computer device determines a value of at least one measurement item by using the measurement value; and a step (140) in which the computer device estimates the gender of the target humerus based on the value of the measurement item.
