The present invention relates to a mobile device for generating an estimation list by recognizing a damaged part of a vehicle. The mobile device includes: a recording means which directly records an damaged vehicle or a vehicle to be repaired; an execution control means which receives an image recorded by the recording means to extract a reference vehicle of a model identical to the vehicle to be repaired or the damaged vehicle in the image, compares the image of the extracted reference vehicle and the image of the vehicle to be repaired or the damaged vehicle to extract a deformed area from the comparison, and uses the deformed area extracted from the comparison in order to generate an estimation list; and a communication means which provides the image of the vehicle to be repaired or the damaged vehicle directly recorded on site and the estimation list generated by the execution control means to a main server and receives the estimation amount of the vehicle calculated based on the estimation list from the main server.
