Disclosed are a nano-coating method and a nano-coated product for strengthening protection from water penetration minimizing water penetration by reducing surficial tension of a product by adding a process of forming nanoprotrusions on the flat surface after a steady laminating method. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a nano-coating method for strengthening protection form water penetration forming nano-coating through polymerization by injecting a monomer into plasma by using an RF operator, comprising a steady laminating step of laminating a planar nano-coating layer on the surface of a product by continuously operating the RF operator for first set time; and a nanoprotrusion forming step of generating a pulse wave for second set time, and forming a nanoprotrusion on the surface of the product by operating the RF operator only when the pulse value exceeds a duty rate.
