The present invention relates to a gripper for transferring a liner roll, which transfers an empty liner roll or a roll wound with a liner, which are inserted between semi-finished goods to wind the semi-finished goods in an extrusion process during manufacture of a tire. The gripper for transferring a liner roll comprises: a pair of supports (3) symmetric to both sides to transfer the liner roll (2a) on which the liner (1) is wound and the empty liner roll (2b) in which the use of the liner (1) is completed. An empty liner roll support (3a) installed at the center of the pair of the supports (3) is engaged by spur gears (4a, 4b) at the end thereof. So, the empty liner roll support (3a) is engaged and connected to each other by the spur gears (4a, 4b) at the end thereof. The pair of supports (3) and the empty liner roll support (3a) rotate while ascending and descending based on the spur gears (4a, 4b) by the operation of a cylinder (5).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
