The present invention relates to a novel usage of mesenchymal stem cells and, more specifically, to a treatment usage for treating a bladder pain syndrome through a mechanism where the mesenchymal stem cells upgrade a Wnt-Egf-Vegf signaling pathway system and promote regeneration and recovery of damaged cells, and to a use thereof. In addition, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing bladder pain syndrome-related diseases, comprising mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), as an active ingredient.
