The present invention relates to a composition comprising a Nasturitum officinale R. Br. extract, as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating bone diseases, and to a food composition for promoting bone growth, and preventing and alleviating bone diseases.
