The present invention relates to an eco-friendly gravel-exposing pavement method and, more specifically, to a eco-friendly gravel-exposing pavement method capable of preventing environmental pollution without generating waste water by using sand instead of water for gravel-exposing pavement and without using dilute hydrochloric acid for preventing efflorescence. The eco-friendly gravel-exposing pavement method according to the present invention includes: a cement ready-mixed concrete placing step (S1); an adhesion strengthening layer placing step (S2); a gravel mortar layer forming step (S3); a surface hardening retarder coating step (S4); a vinyl installing step (S5); and a vinyl removing step (S6). In addition, the gravel-exposing pavement includes: a sand spreading step (S7) of spreading sand on the surface of the gravel mortar layer; a sand polishing step (S8) of polishing the surface of the gravel mortar layer with a polishing device using the sand spread on the surface of the gravel mortar layer; and a sand removing step (S9) of removing the sand used for polishing the surface of the gravel mortar layer.
