Disclosed is a control technology of communications repeating a collision based random trial like a communications, especially a carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) method, which tries a plurality of random accesses during a repeating trial period. The repeating trial period is divided into a plurality of trial periods. Each of the trial periods is set to constantly maintain the number of terminal trying to access during each trial period. A next access trial period is determined based on a success rate of a random access trial completed during an initial trial period of the repeating trial periods.
