The object of the present invention is to provide an integrated analysis system and an integrated analysis method for interpreting environmental performance·energy of an apartment house based on BIM which can perform energy analysis by generating a building energy model associated with the BIM and analyzing environmental performance such as sunshine, view, ventilation, privacy, etc. through a modeling based on a BIM design data. In order to achieve the object, the present invention provides an integrated analysis method for interpreting environmental performance·energy of an apartment house, comprising the steps of: performing an environmental performance·energy interpretation through a BIM-based complex modeling, collecting and analyzing the data for residential environment and energy analysis, and modeling surrounding environment for the residential environment and energy analysis, wherein the BIM-based complex modeling comprises: setting-up an analysis model type by, explaining a complex layer, performing a building registration in order to distinguish each building, performing a household separation operation, and setting-up a building line. The residential environmental analysis comprises sunshine analysis, view analysis, direction analysis, ventilation analysis, and privacy analysis, and the energy analysis comprises automatically extracting a BEM shape, extracting an energy attribute, and matching the BEM shape with a multi material. In the BEM, dynamic analysis for extracting geometric information per household and energy material information and correction analysis for calculating the anticipated energy consumption are performed to report the analysis results of environmental performance·energy interpretation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
