The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) composition for testing purity in cabbage lineage and selecting fixed lineage in advance, which includes: at least one polynucleotide selected from polynucleotides composed of base sequences represented by sequence number 1 to 24 including a base located at an SNP locus; and a polynucleotide complementary thereto. The present invention further relates to a primer set for amplifying the SNP polynucleotide. The use of the SNP of the present invention enables a purity test on the cabbage lineage and early selection of fixed lineage in a whole genomic level. Thus, more accurate and efficient outcome can be obtained.
