According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an animal welfare type multistory rearing facility for laying hens, the facility comprising: a first story installed at a height of 20-40 cm to be spaced from the ground, having a sand bath and a claw grinding mat in which litters and sand are replaceably disposed in a drawer, and used as an activity space for laying hens; a second story installed to be spaced 50-70 cm from the bottom of the first story and having a plurality of water bowls, a plurality of laying boxes, and egg collecting and transporting devices which are installed thereon; an inter-story moving facility installed in an outer side space of the second story such that laying hens easily move from the bottom of the first story to the second story, wherein the rearing facility is formed in a multi-story type in which the second story is formed in an area of 35-45% of that of the fist story and an integrated space of the first and second stories is formed at the front surface side of the second story.
