Provided is a composition for imaging and diagnosing cancer. The composition is designed for economical and efficient cancer diagnosis and also for comorbid diagnosis of a cancer patient. To this end, the composition contains, as an active ingredient, a composite to which a compound used for imaging is covalently or non-covalently bonded to an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) repebody. In addition, the composition is also involved in over-expression or abnormal activation of EGFR.
