Provided is a screening method of a patient-specific medicine, which can secure an excellent therapeutic effect of the patient-specific medicine. The present invention relates to a screening method of a patient-specific medicine, which comprises the following steps: (a) deriving at least one mutation codon which includes a mutation from a nucleic acid sequence of luterial derived from a patient; and (b) sorting (i) food or medicinal plant-derived luterion including a complementary codon which allows an RNAi process of at least one mutation codon derived in the step (a), or (ii) an antisense, an miRNA, a siRNA, or an aptamer which forms a complementary bond with the variation codon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
