Provided in the present invention is a food composition or a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating bone metabolism disorders, comprising combined extracts of Schisandra chinensis, Eucommia ulmoides Oliver, and Lycium chinense Miller. According to the present invention, the composition derived from a natural substance has no side effects, and has effects on the osteogenesis of ovariectomized mice. The composition increases the bone content of an actual animal model and an osteogenesis index in serum, and reduces an index of bone resorption, thereby being efficiently used for preventing or treating bone metabolism disorders.
