The present invention relates to an atopic dermatitis-like three-dimensional skin tissue model, and to a method for screening an atopic dermatitis treating agent by using the same. More specifically, the method comprises: producing a three-dimensional skin tissue model which is like atopic dermatitis and in which the expression of filaggrin is reduced through the treatment of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) toluene which is an environmental factor and the expression of psoriasin or -defensin which is an antibacterial peptide is additionally reduced; treating an atopic dermatitis treating agent candidate material by the same; and selecting a candidate material, which increases the expression of filaggrin and additionally increases the expression of psoriasin or -defensin which is an antibacterial peptide, as a treating agent. According to the present invention, the three-dimensional skin tissue model treated by TSLP or toluene exhibits a decrease in gene expression of filaggrin, which is important in a skin lesion of atopic dermatitis, and psoriasin or -defensin, which is an antibacterial peptide. Accordingly, the three-dimensional skin tissue model treated by TSLP or toluene has a high value as an atopic dermatitis-like skin tissue model, and can provide a novel animal alternative testing method which may be utilized in evaluating effects of an atopic dermatitis treating agent and studying mechanisms thereof.
