The present invention relates to a cartilage culture member and a cartilage culture apparatus comprising the same. The cartilage culture member according to the present invention comprises a growth support which is provided to come into contact with one of the perichondria on both sides of a cartilage and is formed of porous hydrogel of at least one material from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyvinyl acetate (PVA). According to the present invention, the member and apparatus: can culture cartilage, particularly ear cartilage, which can be applied to the treatment of degenerative joint disease and the like by being inserted between perichondrium and cartilage or by being inserted to be adjacent to the perichondrium remaining after the cartilage has been taken; and provide an environment in which stem cells can be grown as cartilage tissues in the human body.
