The present invention relates to a thermosetting bisphenol F-type epoxy powder paint composition and a pipe coated with the composition. More specifically, the present invention relates to a low-viscosity thermosetting bisphenol F-type epoxy powder paint composition and a pipe coated with the composition. According to the present invention, the composition contains a bisphenol F-type epoxy resin, an amine-based hardening agent, a hardening accelerator, a pigment, and a filler, while not containing a bisphenol A-type epoxy resin which is environmentally harmful. In addition, the composition of the present invention exhibits excellent properties including flowability, adhesiveness, chemical resistance, bendability, corrosion resistance, and eco-friendliness, thereby being applicable for coating an interior/exterior of pipes.
