The present invention relates to a method for preparing bean sprout tea which can sufficiently provide nutritious ingredients which can be obtained not only from a bean but also from a germinating bean including a new bean sprout and can maximize efficiency of bean plants by using discarded bean chaffs, whereby effective resource recycling can be achieved. The present invention provides a method of preparing bean sprout tea comprising: a soaking step of soaking washed beans; a germinating step of germinating the soaked beans to form into germinated beans; a crushing step of crushing the geminated beans by means of a cutting machine; a crushed and germinated bean drying step of drying the crushed and germinated beans; a ripening step of ripening the dried crushed germinated beans; and a roasting step of roasting the ripened, crushed, pulverized, and germinated beans at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
