The present invention relates to a career development system by using big data and a method therefor, and more specifically, to a career development system and a method therefor to provide a fit job analyzed through an integrative diagnosis chart and a job preferred by an individual as a table, help make a radical decision on a testee′s job, design and provide a career roadmap required for the testee′s job in accordance with the radical decision. The career development system by using big data according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a database server where the integrative diagnosis chart to analyze a job fit for the testee is stored; a job analysis server to analyze the assessed results of the integrative diagnosis chart and select a job fit for the testee; and a career development server to read out the integrative diagnosis chart from the database server and provide the integrative diagnosis chart to the testee, and provide the provided assessed results of the integrative diagnosis chart to the job analysis server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
