The present invention relates to a composition for promoting hair growth, comprising adipose-derived stem cells treated with a D-type platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF-D) as an active ingredient and, more specifically, relates to an agent for treating hair loss, comprising the adipose-derived stem cells as an active ingredient, having increased expression and secretion of the growth factor and having increased proliferation ability and mobility by the PDGF-D.
