A FEA model indicating a reinforced concrete structure is defined and received by a computer system. The FEA model includes multiple solid elements defined by multiple solid element nodes and multiple beam elements defined by multiple master beam element nodes. The beam elements indicating reinforced steel materials are inserted into the solid elements indicating concrete. Each beam element is hung and seated on at least one solid element. Slave beam nodes are generated along at least one beam element to allow each solid element to receive at least one slave beam node. Structural features of the reinforced concrete structure numerically simulated are obtained by performing a marching simulation with the FEA model. In each of solution cycles of the marching simulation, proper coupling of the solid elements and at least one beam element is secured. A method for simulating the structural features of the reinforced concrete structure with a finite-element analysis includes: a step of receiving the FEA model; a step of generating the multiple slave beam nodes; and a step of obtaining the structural features of the reinforced concrete structure numerically simulated.
