The present invention relates to a quantitative detection method of viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV) and, more specifically, a quantitative detection method of VHSV, having excellent sensitivity and specificity and high reproducibility. The latency of the virus and viral diseases at an early stage of infection can be diagnosed in a rapid manner, by quantitatively analyzing the VHSV using a polymerase chain reaction method.
