The present invention relates to a sulfated microorganism activation apparatus using microcurrent, and to a biological deodorizing apparatus using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sulfated microorganism activation apparatus which is capable of increasing deodorizing effects by applying microcurrent to sulfated microorganism, thereby enhancing activation of the sulfated microorganism. The present invention further relates to a biological deodorizing apparatus using the same. The sulfated microorganism activation apparatus of the present invention comprises: an activating tank storing a processing liquid which is retrieved from a scrubber and contains the sulfated microorganism; and an activation part applying microcurrent to the processing liquid so as to increase activity of the microorganism contained in the processing liquid.
