Provided is a surface-modified implant comprising a linker and an implant base material having a hydroxyl group on a surface thereof. In addition, provided is an implant for inducing or promoting osteogenesis, comprising a bone inducing factor which is fixed onto the link of the surface-modified implant. According to the present invention, the surface-modified implant ensures a simple process, and exhibits high yield value. In addition, the implant can be produced via a safe click reaction. The linker formed on the implant base material via the click reaction allows heparin and the bone inducing factor to be fixed onto the implant more stably and easily. The implant for inducing or promoting osteogenesis according to the present invention slowly releases the bone inducing factors for a long period of time. Thus, the problem caused by early release of the bone inducing factors can be avoided. Furthermore, osteogenesis and implant osseointegration is improved as differentiation or proliferation of osteoblasts is induced or promoted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
