The present invention relates to a method to enhance tensile strength and to improve assemblability and quality by spot-welding both ends of a wire for a safety belt to be in a symmetric shape. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method to manufacture a wire for a safety belt comprises: a cutting step of cutting a wire formed by twisting a plurality of breaking wires to a plurality of unit wires with a predetermined length; a one-end welding step of spot-welding one end of a first unit wire to at least a part of the unit wires; and the other-end welding step of spot-welding the other end of the first unit wire. The unit wires have a longitudinally long shape; and the one-end welding step comprises: a first mounting step of mounting the first unit wire on a mounting part of a turntable in a vertical direction to the turntable to head downwards one end of the first unit wire; and a first welding step of spot-welding one end of the first unit wire using a spot-welding device arranged on a lower part of the turntable. The other-end welding step comprises: a second mounting step of mounting the first unit wire on the mounting part in the vertical direction to the turntable to head downwards the other end of the first unit wire; and a second welding step of spot-welding the other end of the first unit wire using the spot-welding device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
