The present invention provides a mass culturing and seeding apparatus for free-living gametophytes of brown seaweed, and a mass culturing method and a seeding method for the free-living gametophytes of the brown seaweed using thereof. The mass culturing and seeding apparatus comprises: an apparatus frame having a bottom and sides walls with predetermined area, and connects horizontal members with a predetermined thickness, having an insertion groove, to vertical members to form culturing sections; culturing containers inserted into each culturing section, and having openings and the volume for storing culture liquid; light sources installed within the apparatus frame to radiate light to the culturing containers; an air supply device supplying air into the culturing containers; and a seeding unit seated in the insertion groove on the upper part of the culturing sections to fixate seeding frames within the culturing containers. The present invention is profitable in producing and supplying seeds independently from the seeding period of the brown seaweed, and enables users to easily develop and grow a new variety, and easily perform a seeding work.
