A sound data processing system according to the present invention is a system comprising: a plurality of sound collecting terminals, a plurality of sound providing terminals, and a server. Each sound collecting terminal of the sound collecting terminals and each sound providing terminal of the sound providing terminals include: a sound collecting means which collects sound with a position and an oriented direction; a sound providing means which provides the sound with the position and the oriented direction; a position detecting means which detects positions of the sound collecting means and the sound providing means; a direction detecting means which detects the oriented direction; and a communication module which transmits supplementary data including position data corresponding to the position detected by the position detecting means and oriented direction data corresponding to the oriented direction detected by the direction detecting means as well as sound data corresponding to the sound collected by the sound collecting means through a network. The server receives the sound data, which is transmitted by the sound collecting terminals through the network, as well as the supplementary data which is transmitted by the sound collecting terminals and the sound providing terminals through the network. Also, the server recognizes a position of a source, which emits the sound collected by the sound collecting means, attenuates a noise, or provides the sound to a specific area, based on the sound data and the supplementary data.
