Disclosed are a dimming control method for an LED lamp device including a street lamp and a tunnel lamp, and an LED lamp system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dimming control method for an LED lamp device comprises the following steps of: detecting a variation in the level of a main power supply by measuring the level of the main power supply for driving an LED lamp device; determining information related to dimming control by counting the number of variation in the level of the main power supply within a predetermined time interval; generating a dimming control signal for controlling the dimming of the LED lamp device in accordance with the determination results; and adjusting the voltage level and/or the current level of the driving signal for driving LED lamp device in response to the dimming control signal, and outputting the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
