The present invention relates to a 3-phase power cable distribution network system and a separate commongrounding method using the same. A 3-phase power cable distribution network system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of first coaxial neutral lines and a plurality of second coaxial neutral lines are separated apart by section in a power cable corresponding to each phase of the 3-phase power cable; front ends of the plurality of first coaxial neutral lines are connected to a grounded power supply via connection lines; back ends of the plurality of first coaxial neutral lines are connected to the grounded power supply together with a front end of one of the plurality of secondary coaxial neutral lines; and back ends of the plurality of secondary coaxial neutral lines are connected to the front ends of the following plurality of first coaxial neutral lines via connection lines. As such, according to the present invention, a work time can be reduced by repeating a pattern of closed connection line and opened connection line by connection section of the coaxial neutral lines mutually connected via connection lines in a 3-phase power cable and the installation costs can be saved by not connecting connection sections of all the coaxial neutral lines with the connection lines.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
