METHOD FOR FORMING GUSSET AND COLLAR OF KOREAN TRADITIONAL JACKET FOR MAN THROUGH HAND KNITTING

The present invention relates to a method for forming a gusset and a collar of a Korean traditional jacket for a man through hand knitting, and the purpose of the present invention is to trimly overlap an outer gusset on an upper portion of an inner gusset by preventing the vertical edge of the inner gusset from curling outward. The present invention comprises the steps of: (a) knitting a front body part (100) through a plain stitch (S10); (b) preparing, separately from the front body part (100), an outer gusset (10) with a width narrowing toward the top by making a ribbing stitch while decreasing the number of stitches toward the top from the bottom, (S20); (c) linking the right edge of the outer gusset (10) to the right vertical edge of the front body part (100) using a matting needle (S30); (d) preparing, separately from the front body part (100), an inner gusset (20) with a width widening toward the bottom by making a ribbing stitch while increasing the number of stitches toward the bottom from the top (S40); (e) linking one edge of the inner gusset (20) to the left vertical edge of the front body part (100) using a matting needle (S50); (f) preparing, separately from the outer gusset (10) and the inner gusset (20), a collar (30) by stockinette stitch (S60); (g) linking one end of the collar (30) to the upper end of the outer gusset (10) using a matting needle (S70); (h) linking one edge of the collar (30) to a chest portion of the front body part and a neck portion of the back body part (S80); and (i) linking the other end of the collar (30) to the upper end of the inner gusset (20) (S90).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
