The present invention provides a bending stress application type glass holder and a chemical reinforcing method of glass using the same in order to carry out chemical reinforcement of glass, while bending stress is applied thereto, so the ion exchange of glass may be facilitated to increase the compression stress of the glass surface after chemical reinforcement and to improve the strength of glass. The bending stress application type glass holder for chemical reinforcement of multiple sheets of glass includes: a supporting frame of which at least one surface is opened; fixing shafts mounted in such a manner that they protrude at the same interval along both edges of the support frame; a pressure-supporting shaft mounted to the support frame and disposed between both fixing shafts; a pressurizing unit having a pressure-applying shaft mounted on the pressure-supporting shaft; and a tightening member mounted to the end of the pressure-supporting shaft for tightening the pressure-supporting shaft to apply bending stress to the glass which is in contact with the pressure-applying shaft, so the glass may be bent, thereby controlling the horizontal reciprocation of the pressure-applying shaft.
