The present invention relates to a method of preparing lysosome having increased (or enhanced) antibacterial activity and anti-cancer activity compared to lysosome which can be found in ordinary eukaryota using a recombinant vector, an antibacterial composition containing the lysosome prepared by the method as an active ingredient, and an anti-cancer composition containing the lysosome prepared by the method as an active ingredient. More particularly, the method of preparing lysosome having enhanced antibacterial activity and anti-cancer activity comprises the steps of: introducing GTP-binding protein YTP1 gene having a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 to eukaryotic to produce a mutant; culturing the mutant produced by introducing the GTP-binding protein YTP1 gene having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 to eukaryotic; and obtaining lysosome from the cultivated mutant. It was observed that the antibacterial activity and anti-cancer activity of the lysosome obtained by the method are significantly improved when compared to the lysosome of wild type eukaryota.
