The present invention relates to a method to manufacture an ultra fine nano-porous anodic aluminium oxide film using sulfamic acid and the ultra fine nano-porous anodic aluminium oxide film manufactured by the same. More particularly, disclosed is a method to manufacture a ultra fine nano-porous anodic aluminium oxide film using the sulfamic acid, which includes: an aluminium substrate preparing step of preparing an aluminium substrate; a first anodizing step of forming a first anodic aluminium oxide on a surface of the aluminium substrate by performing anodic oxidation after dipping the aluminium substrate into a sulfuric acid solution; a first etching step of removing the first anodic aluminum oxide formed on the surface of the aluminium substrate by a chemical etching method; a second anodizing step of forming a second anodic aluminium oxide by performing anodic oxidation after dipping the aluminium substrate, from which the first anodic aluminium oxide has been removed, into a sulfamic acid solution; and a second etching step of removing the rest aluminium except the second anodic aluminium oxide formed on the surface of the aluminium substrate by the chemical etching method. Thus, an anodic aluminium oxide film is manufactured, and the anodic aluminium oxide film has regular nano pores of 1-30 nm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
