The present invention relates to a hair weave and a hair weave manufacturing method. The present invention includes: a hair unit having first fake hair provided in an elongated manner in a length direction and arranged in parallel to each other on the right and left, second fake hair provided in an elongated manner to be symmetrical to the first fake hair and arranged in parallel to each other on the right and left, and a sewing unit sewn with end portions of the first and second fake hair superposed on each other; tape-type mesh wearing units on both sides of the sewing unit of the hair unit for hair unit attachment to a head portion; and a hot melt portion provided between the wearing unit and the hair unit and causing the hair unit to be attached to the wearing unit. According to the present invention, real hair and hair weave attachment can be facilitated and little real hair damage is caused because no heat is used during an operation. In addition, the part attached to the real hair is formed of a tough and elastic material, and thus is not ripped by a needle or another attachment during the operation.
