An object of the present invention is to solve the problem of forming a coating blind spot when the shape of a base material to be coated is complicated. Accordingly, the present invention provides a jig system that is driven to rotate in a secondary torsional direction to impart a twist angle in addition to the rotation of the base material, thereby minimizing the coating blind spot. In addition, the present invention provides a jig system that removes coating blind spots by simultaneously performing up and down movements of base materials. Particularly, the present invention drives a jig to perform a torsional rotational motion synchronized with a twist angle of a base material with respect to a base material having a helix angle, such as a milling tool and a drill tool.
